Production capacity
Welding efficiency is affected by the size of the contact and the shape of the copper. Generally, the efficiency of manual welding is 5,000 to 10,000 pieces per day, while the efficiency of automata can reach 30,000 to 50,000 pieces per day

Packaging and service
The welded products will have oxidation layer on the surface due to heating, so cleaning and polishing are essential. At the same time, our company will add protective agent at the end to enhance the antioxidant capacity
The packaging workshop is equipped with special staff to select the welded products to prevent the outflow of defective products
Quality guarantee
The product shall be inspected and confirmed in the first production, and the sample shall be kept for storage.In the process of production, sampling inspection will be carried out every 2 hours to ensure production
Finished product inspectors will finally inspect the key dimensions before the products are put into storage
