In the early stage, we will adopt manual riveting, one device a day can make 10,000 to 13,000 products, and the subsequent batch and stable orders, we will design and develop automatic riveting, a day can make 60,000 to 100,000

Packaging and service
Manual riveting process, the operator will operate the whole process with gloves, to ensure that no direct touch of copper and silver contacts
Products riveted in the die are cleaned by the back channel to remove grease and impurities, and the surface is protected with a protective agent
After the riveting good products after cleaning, remove pollution, and then by the selection of packaging storage
Quality guarantee
The product shall be inspected and confirmed in the first production, and the sample shall be kept for storage.In the process of production, sampling inspection will be carried out every 2 hours to ensure production
Finished product inspectors will finally inspect the key dimensions before the products are put into storage
