Process introduction
The production process of silver tin oxide is made by mixing silver powder and tin oxide powder.
The material is rolled into a relatively thick plate, after many times of rolling and annealing, made of silver tin oxide thin plate
Because the silver content of silver tin oxide plate is generally 90% or 88%, the cost is relatively high, so we produce silver tin oxide composite copper sheet for customers to reduce the cost
Because silver tin oxide alone doesn't bond well with copper,Silver tin oxide plate at the bottom of a layer of silver, and then copper.
Performance introduction
The second phase SnO2 is difficult to decompose in arcing as it has high decomposition temperature (Td=2373°C). The dispersed SnO2 particles keep high viscosity which decrease the amount of silver splashed from molten pool that emerged in the working area in arcing.
Good fusion welding resistance. The second phase SnO2 has good thermal stability and thereby don’t generating AgSn alloy in working face. As a consequence, the material has good fusion welding resistance.
Low material migration. AgSnO2 has low material migration in high inrush current situation. This makes it possible to use AgSnO2 widely in DC condition.
Production capacity
Silver tin oxide and silver tin oxide composite copper specifications are the same, the size can be from 4mm to 16mm, thickness can be from 0.5mm to 2mm.
The production of this product requires punch and mold, we have our own professional mold team, can be customized for customers, at the same time, we also have a lot of punch, can be processed production.
The products will be processed after cleaning, deburring and surface polishing, and finally after the selector of the full number of appearance selection, packaging storage
Quality guarantee
For the detection of raw materials, we have atomic absorption spectrometer, metallographic microscope, 3D imaging instrument, spectrophotometer, tensile testing machine, hardness tester, etc., to ensure the raw materials qualified.
The sheet will pass the first piece inspection before stamping and be confirmed to be qualified for production. The finished product inspector will confirm the size before leaving the factory, and then the sheet can be put into storage if it is qualified
