The processing technology of AgCd alloy has an influence on the structure of the oxidized AgCdO contact materials, and improves the structure and performance of the AgCdO contact materials with high Cd content. Compared with the conventional technology, the AgCd contact prepared by our company has the characteristics of uniform organization and good silver interface.
It is composed of a large number of coarse annealing twins, which are not easy to be cold-rolled and refined, and grow slowly in the process of internal oxidation. In addition, the annealing treatment in our company's process disperses the Cd atoms which are enriched at the complex silver interface with oxygen reverse diffusion before internal oxidation, so as to obtain a good complex silver interface for AgCdO contacts.
