At present, more and more enterprises pay attention to the improvement of factory automation.Through the research, we know that non-standard assembly automation will meet more product production and automatic assembly requirements in the future, especially to meet personalized assembly requirements.The assembly process of precision joint has high requirements, and the manual riveting of transmission has many problems, such as low stability and low efficiency. This paper designs and studies the non-standard automatic riveting equipment to replace the pure manual assembly.This paper focuses on the direction of automatic assembly, analyzes the assembly process of "precision joint" in detail from three aspects, realizes the overall design of "precision joint" of automatic assembly, completes the design of mechanical structure, and completes the design and debugging of control system.The first is the mechanical structure design of automatic riveting mechanism.The dynamic part of automatic riveting machine is studied.The design of riveting die is mainly determined by parameterization, material selection and riveting clearance.The feeding part adopts vibration plate combined with dividing plate.The modeling and assembly of mechanical structure is completed with solidWorks software.The second is the design of automatic riveting electromechanical gas control.For the automatic riveting machine, it is necessary to control the feeding of vibration plate, the switchover of dividing plate, the stamping of gas-liquid booster cylinder and the return trip, the unloading of the finished riveting piece, and the control of man-machine panel.In this paper, the sensor is used for precise control, and the human-machine panel configuration program is used for simple control.Third, automatic riveting equipment assembly and debugging.The problems occurred in the prototype trial production are analyzed and improved, and the effect and efficiency of manual and mechanical riveting are compared through on-site production to verify the final effect of automatic riveting machine.
