1. The blank holding force is not enough, the gap between the blanking surface is not suitable, and the problem of "inner loose and outer tight" occurs.
2. Too much lubricating oil or too frequent painting, or improper painting position.
3. The trial blank is too soft, the material strength is low, and the blank size is too small to hold the material.
4. The positioning of the blank is unstable, which results in the partial pressing of the material, and the shape of the pressing surface is improper, resulting in uneven feeding.
5. Improper stamping direction.
Wrinkle control measures:
1. Check the wrinkle status. When the wrinkles are evenly generated around the workpiece, it should be judged that the pressing force is insufficient, and gradually increasing the pressing force can be eliminated. When drawing conical parts and hemispherical parts, additional drawing ribs should be used to increase the internal tensile stress of the inner diameter of the plate to eliminate wrinkles. Use the "inner tight and outer loose" principle to eliminate the "inner loose and outer tight" problem.
2. For lubricating oil, the brushing work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the operating rules and systems to ensure the correct amount of brushing and the position of the brushing to avoid wrinkling.
3. Change the material of the soft parts of the blank without affecting the requirements of the whole vehicle to ensure the quality of the parts and avoid wrinkling.
4. Improve positioning, add pre-bending process if necessary, to ensure that the blank will not run out when stamping parts. Modify the shape of the pressing surface to ensure the quality of the parts and avoid the immovable shape of the pressing surface, resulting in uneven feeding.
5. For improper stamping direction, the simulation process should be used to analyze the part process in the early stage of the design to ensure the stamping direction of the part. When the quality of the part is high, the mold must be redeveloped to adjust the stamping direction.
