1. Immerse the die of automobile hardware stamping parts in absolute ethanol for 1-2 hours, and then use ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes;

2. The processed automobile stamping die is soaked in alanine solution for 2 hours, then taken out, washed with deionized water, and dried to constant weight;

3. The processed auto metal stamping die is placed in an active carburizing medium, heated to 750-780 ℃, kept for 30 minutes and then cooled to 550-560 ℃, kept for 40min, soaked in 70-80 ℃ quenching oil, soaked One hour, then take it out, after the surface is cleaned, dry it, heat it to 150-160 ℃, and keep it for 2 hours; the carbon oxidation ratio of the active carburizing medium is 3.2-3.5;

4. Put the processed automotive stamping die into the phosphating solution heated to 50 ° C for 3.5 minutes, remove and rinse with water until the pH of the water returns to neutral, and put it in a constant temperature oven to dry for 1 hour. The temperature in the constant temperature furnace is 100 ℃, then take it out, and naturally cool to room temperature;
